Recruiting new members and organising

Members are the lifeblood of ATL. As an active member in your workplace, you have an important role recruiting new members to ATL.

Training for reps

ATL provides a whole range of training courses for new and existing reps. All courses take place in a friendly and supportive environment and are designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to be an effective rep.

Union learning reps

Learning is a key part of union activity because, through learning events, members can come together and create an involved and relevant union within their schools and colleges. At its very core, union learning reps (ULRs) support and help other members with their continuing personal and professional development.

Resources for ATL's representatives

By volunteering as an ATL representative, you are making an invaluable contribution to the development and profile of ATL as well as your colleagues.
