We'll be covering two essential elements of being a new teacher: Your first parents' evening is a daunting task so we'll give you lots of advice for getting it right first time. We will also cover positive engagement with parents and how to approach sensitive and/or difficult conversations with parents. We'll also be exploring classroom teams and how you can ensure a great working relationship with TAs or other professionals you may work with in your classroom. This event is always popular so book early to secure your place!
