Managing the Tricky Class - a Follow-on Session

This is a 'follow-on' session from our Managing the Tricky Class sessions on October 11th (Stretford) and October 18th (Sefton). Attendees will be able to pose questions to the trainer about how they have implemented their learning from the previous session. It is not essential that you came to the previous session to attend, but this will be less structured and more responsive to the queries of members.
